Italian Salad with organic field greens, black olives, tomatoes, croutons, with house made Italian dressing

Choice of 3 wood fired pizzas including:

Formaggi - crushed San Marzano tomato sauce with four cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, asiago, cheddar cheeses)

Margherita - crushed San Marzano tomatoes, garlic parmesan oil, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil

Bianco - garlic parmesan oil, oregano, four cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, asiago, cheddar cheeses)

Toppings - pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, red onion

Reunion weekend closes out with a fantastic picnic at Squaw Valley Park, located on Fox Chapel Road in O'Hara Township. Catered by Wood Fired Flatbreads (owned by our classmate Kim Sheinbart Fitzpatrick), our pizzas will be baked in their mobile pizzeria.   The oven is truly wood fired and built to produce authentic verace pizza napoletana.
